The incredible adventures of MissBenu - Gotta catch 'em all

From Hiroshima to Osaka ^^

We first tried to find the "Pokemon Center" unfortunaly we got out on the wrong station ^^' Then we decided to first find the hotel and then look into the Center. So in Hiroshima three of us sleeped on tatami in Hiroshima and now everybody had to sleep like that. After we found the hotel we checked in and were heading to the Pokemon Center, who actually is just a big store with pokemon mercandies.

It was in a really huge shopping center and the first floor was just sweet food. I nearly died in there 8"D also there was a "KitKat Chocolatory" where you could buy special/premium KitKats ^^ There were some with Ginger, Apple, Butter and other stuff. They tast special but actually I was a little bit disappointed. I was looking for the special KitKats (Bean Past and other crazy stuff) one of my friend bought, whene she was there but actually I didn't found them. But well they tasted good anyway 8D
Next we headed many, many floors up and then we saw the Store. It was hugh but also a little bit different than I imaginet it.

BUT they had some really really cool stuff. I bought three buttons ^^ two for my friends Cuerography (The Bulbasaur one) and Azur Cosplayphotography (The Squirtle one) and one for me (The Charmander one) Also I bought for me a sleeping charamander plushy :)

After going full insane we decided to go to the big aquarium called Kaiyukan Aquarium. The main attraction where two whale sharke. They really look beautiful but it was very sad to see how small the pool was in comparisme with them :/

It was very intressting, but most of the stuff is written in Japanease. At the end of the aquarium "tour" you could touch rays and small sharks. I knew how a rays skin feels like, because I was swimming with some in the caribean sea but it actually was very funny to see how my fellow travelers were first scared and then suprised about how it feels.

First day was nearly over so we decided to eat something and thene go home. On the next day we would go to the Universal Studio :D Actually I never been to Disneyland nor Universal Studio so I was so exited 8D I will sum up the day in picture, it is way easier than write all that down.

Next post will be about Tokyo itself :)

The incredible adventures of MissBenu - Sweet little killer bunnys and history

After Kyoto we got to Hiroshima ^^ BUT befor we got there we made a break at the Bunny Island also called as Okunoshima. We had to travel first by train and then with the ferry. When we arrived at the Island there was a bus standing there. He will drive you to the hotel and restaurants. The first bunnys we saw near the bus station. They scutter around and people feeded theme with vegtables, mostly salad and carrots. We decided to talk the bus to the hotel and started to explore from there. We first had to find a place where we could store our luggage, because the hotel hadn't a storage room. We decided to let the luggage behind a drink dispenser. Then I tried to capture some nice photos from sweet, little rabbits with my camera and my friends feeded the rabbits. After I made enought pictures I decided to feed the rabbits too. They nearly jumped in my shoulder bag 8,D

Some historical facts about the Island because it isn't just some island. Actually between 1927 and 1929 was home of the chemical weapon facility who priduced over six kilotons of mustard and tear gas. This program was secret and was based on research that showed that the USA and Europe produced chemucal weapons. The island also was removed from some maps. You may ask yourself why exactly this Island. Well because  of its isolation, conducive to security and it was far away from Tokyo.

You may ask yourself but from where came the bunnys? Many rabbits were used in the cemical munitons plant to test the efficient of the chemical weapons. So you could think they just set them free whene the Plant was closed but they killed them.

Well the question isn't answered yet! Well...let me tell you why :) After World War 2 the island was developed as a park and many rabbits were intentionally set loose on the island. That's why so many rabbits live on the island.

On the evening we traveld to Hiroshima and checked in to the Hostel. Then we looked out for something to eat. On the next morning we traveled to the A-Dome. Befor the bomb hited Hiroshima it was a product exhibition hall. It was the only structure left standing near the bomb hypocenter. It was soon called the Genbaku (A-Bomb) Dome. The Dome became subject of controversy, because some people wanted to demolishe it and others wanted to let it stand as a memorial of the bombing and as a symbol of peace.

After the A-Dome we walked to the Hiroshima Castle.
We walked directly in to a shrine and bought a temple book also a japaneas guy (think he worked at the shrine) showed us how the purification ritual should be done. It was very intressting and the guy was very helpful and nice.

And afterwords to the island Miyajima. There also live wild deers. It was very beautiful and in the evening there weren't a lot of tourists. So the whole island was calm and silence. I wish I could have stayed there for one night in one of these small hotels.

The next day was traveling to Osaka! No time to rest ^^'

Here a picture Suibui took.

The incredible adventures of MissBenu - We like trains and Kyoto

I'm back from Japan and it was awsome but I'm also totally exhausted ^^. I don't recommand to do a round trip to Kyoto, Hiroshima and Osaka in one Week. You can't see as many as you wish and really often you fall asleep in the Shinkansen or are exhausted in the evening. But it was still awsome just trying.

So we arrived on the morning in Tokyo. Yay! We bought our Pasmo, a card where you can charge money for traveling with the train, subway and even pay with it at the selecta like  drinkes machine, and redeem our Railpass ^^ Thene we took the Train to Ueno and changed to the Asakusa Subway Line and drove until the Asakusa Station :) We walked to our Hostel. Actually we had to walk trough the area of the Senso-ji, an buddhist temple. It was a little bit hard with all our luggage but it was a very nice first impression of Japan :)

Scotland 2015

I really wanted to share my impressions about Scotland with you „smile“-Emoticon
So first of all it was a little bit chaotic, because we didn't planed a lot, because the weekend befor was JAN ^^'

But after all we managed to see a lot of things eventhought some we were missing thanky to our bad time scheduling 8D

Well what did we see „wink“-Emoticon The first day we were walking around in Edinburgh and we landed in I guess some sort of suburbs ^^' The next day we were going to the Pentland Hills, a regional park. The picture is one of some that I shoot there. The landscape is beautiful and a little bit fairy like xD I mean there was a small forest and the floor was covered with moss *-*

Another day we were going with the train to Inverness and wanted to visit the Loch Ness. Sadly we were arriving very late so we decided that we don't take the bus. Instead we were walking along the river Ness ^^' Sadly the weather begun to change and it started to rain and getting colder *bbrrr*

On our last day we were going back to Edinburgh and made a Whisky tour.
Next morning we were going back with the plan and when we landed in Switzerland we were going crazy xD 10°C in Scottland and 30°C in Switzerland and we were packed in clothes like it is near winter xD

Edinburgh

So as I promise here a little travelogue ^^

A friend of mine and I were in Edinburgh in the summer holydays and it was really awasome <3
The city has a lot of old buildings and you are so fast in the nature if you want to.
Only thing that really disapoint me was the "bad" public transport. I mean it's wasn't bad like they allways comes late or so...but in a bigger city you can't just have one tram line and the other public transport are with busses. But any way it was great, I mean look at this picture that I took on the way to the top of the Arthurs seat. That is a hill in the middle of the city.

The view of the top is breathtaking!

On another day we visited the castle and cramond (a small village on the edge of Edinburgh) If you come whene the tide is you can walk to the little island, unfortunately we were to late but it was really cool ^^

And the next day I made a little boats trip and then walk a
little bit arround. In the morning it was really foggy...That was sooo creepy xD

SEAAALS <3

One late afternoon we visit the smaller castle "Craigmillar". It wasn't huge but very intressting and there aren't that much people so you can take all the time that you need to visit the castle.

So that's about all that I visited and have seen in Edinburgh. Sadly we couldn't go to the highlands =( But there will be a next time for sure!

And because I am a huge Doctor Who Fan here my favorit picture from this holydays ^^

See you! <3

Cosplay meets Bodensee

The Cosplay meets Bodensee was a while ago...but here is my post about it.

First of all there were so many people and it was really funny :3 but the weather well wasn't that great. So we were all lucky that we all get finally into the Sealife in Konstanz. So there was alot of see animals and they looked really cool. But unfortunately there wasn't enough space for that much people ^^' After the sealife we just walked a little bit arround and eat some food. After we all filled our belly most of the people just travled home, 'cause of the really ugly weather =,(
But it was a really awsome day and now I miss alot of people.
This time I wasn't as Khallesi there because it was really, really cold D= so I just enyojed the sealife ^^

That you can imagen how awsome the meeting was here some photos (that I didn't photografed :( 'because my camera is old and sucks xD).

Hope we meet us soon again :3 probebly with better weather.

And every one that just read my blog hope you enjoyed the post!

See you all <3

Montreux and Château de Chillon

Today we (two frinds and I) travelled to Montreux. It was a great day :) The sun was shining and we were fooling around. We walked to the "Château de Chillon" (Castle Chilion). And we found some really nice places were we had to take pictures. For example the trainstation Veytaux-Chillon or the Castle itself.

Yeah as we walked to the Castle my frind made a foto of me...and then the "fotoshoot" began. I will show you some fotos.

That's the foto I talk about ;)

So I put my two pennies in and say Castle Chillon is a must see. So if you visit Switzerland you should travel to Montreux by Train or if you are in Lausanne or Genf you also can make a little boat trip. Sadly we didn't made it so far. But it was a awsome day!

Hi to the World Wide Web

Hi everyone

This blog is for cosplay, photography and a lot of other stuff that is going on in my life. ^^

Maybe  I should tell
something about me. I live in Switzerland. Yes, the little country that is famous for chocolate, mountains and cows.

I work as electronics technician, so brace yourself technical stuff is coming. Nah there will be some stuff about technic but also alot of other stuff.

I am 21 years old ^^ forerver 21 I hope x,D

I like to read and watch movies/animes/tv shows also I love to travel and photograph

So first here one, two pictures of my cosplay photography :)

At the left Surya as Touka from Tokyo Ghoul and at the left Iggy as England from Hetalia.

I also started cosplaying. My cosplays are all made by me. I don't want to buy my cosplay, 'cause the main reason why I cosplay is to be creativ. So here my only cosplay that I have some proper pictures x,D

Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones.

My favorit book is definitly the Hobbit from J.R.R. Tolkien.
I can't tell what's my favorit movie or tv shows x,D there are too many xD It is kinda the same with anime/mangas, BUT one will always have a special place in my heart ^^ Yeh it is Fullmetal Alchemist! It was one of my first mangas that tramelled me ^^

I always want to travel to Hawaii, Japan (At least Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka), China (at least Peking, Xi'an, Shanghai, Lijiang), Europe (altought I visited alot of places here ^^ my to do list is long ^^ Paris, Dublin, Helsinki, Istanbul ect.) and maybe America (I am not so focused on it, but I would like to visit at least L.A., New York ect.)

Puh a lot of traveling that I wanted to do x,D

So..yeah,I think that's enough about me.

Have a nice day and see ya!
